This woman participated in the Bulgarian Idol and sang at the audition. Guess what she was singing?

When I heard her say the title of the song she was going to sing, I thought Ken Lee was a Chinese name. Haha.  

After the audition, her English improved and sang better at the show:

I think keeping the dough in the freezer for a week has helped the egg custard tarts to become flakier. You can really clearly see the different layers now!

I cannot help it that I love egg custard tarts! So I made them again. Haha.
